Redesigned the homepage for Life Works Parenting, a DCF-approved provider of court-mandated co-parenting classes operating across multiple US states. The site serves a very specific high-intent visitor: someone who has been ordered by a court to complete a parenting course and is searching for the fastest, most credible option for their state.
The Challenge
Court-mandated course visitors are anxious, time-pressed, and need state-specific reassurance (is this course actually approved in my state?) before anything else. The design had to lead with credibility signals and state availability rather than generic marketing copy.
The Solution
Led the homepage with a direct value statement ('Your court-required parenting class, done in 4 hours'), surfaced DCF-approval and 30+ years of trust as immediate credibility markers, and built a state-availability callout system (including a Spanish-language path) so visitors can self-confirm eligibility in seconds.
