FOGANA
Cultural nonprofit website for the Federation of Gujarati Associations of North America, covering events, galleries, and membership.

Built a website for FOGANA (Federation of Gujarati Associations of North America), a nonprofit umbrella organization celebrating Gujarati culture across North America through events like Garba and Raas. The site needed to serve a community audience spanning multiple generations and member associations across the continent.
The Challenge
Cultural nonprofit sites serving a dispersed, multi-generational community need to balance event promotion (driving attendance to specific dated events) with an ongoing sense of cultural identity and belonging, for an audience ranging from teenagers to grandparents.
The Solution
Built a vibrant, photo-led site structured around the organization's core community functions: a rotating events showcase (led with the current featured event), a gallery of past celebrations, a 'Join Community' membership path, and clear navigation to rules and regulations and entry forms for event participants.

Featured-event promotion system on the homepage
Photo gallery showcasing past community celebrations
Clear membership and community join path
Accessible navigation for a multi-generational audience
