Veterans Transition Support
Technical SEO audit, key page redesigns, and a custom job-landings feature for a nonprofit veteran job-placement organization.

Ongoing engagement with Veterans Transition Support, a nonprofit helping veterans move into civilian careers through free job training and mentoring. The work spans a full technical SEO audit, redesigns of several key pages (donors & sponsors, events calendar, donation flow, job submission form), and a custom 'job landings' feature that lets the team log and showcase veteran job placements with an approval workflow.
The Challenge
As a donor- and grant-funded nonprofit, the site needed to be both technically healthy for search visibility and credible to prospective donors and partners — while giving a non-technical team a way to log job placements (the organization's core success metric) without needing a developer involved every time.
The Solution
Ran a full crawl-based technical SEO audit (accessibility, Core Web Vitals, structured data, canonicals, redirects, and 200+ other checks) and used it to drive a prioritized cleanup plan. Delivered redesigns for the donors/sponsors, events, donation, and job submission pages with formal client sign-off on each. Built a custom job-landings board with a submission and admin-approval workflow so the team can publish new veteran placements themselves. Separately scoped a phased growth proposal covering a homepage rebuild, an Events Hub via the Eventbrite API, and automated lead capture.
